Training is delivered by Andy Williams, whose background spans decades of teaching, coaching and frontline professional experience, including many years within the police service as both a tutor and sergeant. Andy holds qualifications as a First Aid Trainer, Moving & Handling Trainer and Physical Intervention Trainer, alongside a Level 3 Award in Education & Training.
Working across hundreds of care and support environments over many years has provided valuable understanding of the different pressures, behaviours, communication challenges and operational realities staff teams may encounter.
Our approach focuses on realistic, supportive and practical training designed to help staff feel more confident, informed and better prepared within their roles.
Much of our work continues to come through repeat organisations, referrals and long-standing professional relationships developed over many years within the care and support sectors.
